Method 1

1. Close Terminal
2. Open New Terminal
3. Type "pip install YourPackageName --break-system-packages" & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard. Make Sure You add --break-system-packages after Your Package Name.
4. Wait For Package Installation to Finish
5. Done!


Method 2

1. Open New Terminal
2. Type "sudo apt install pipx" & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard (Command in Description)
3. Enter Your Ubuntu Password & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard
4. Press Y on Keyboard & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard
5. Wait For Installation to Finish
6. Type Clear & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard to Clear The Terminal
7. Type "pipx install YourPackageName" & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard To Install Any Package
8. Wait For Installation to Finish
9. Done!


Method 3

1. Open New Terminal
2. Type "python3 -m pip config debug" & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard
3. Under the global environment, there should be a file called pip.conf. We are specifically looking for the one located at /etc/pip.conf. However, we can see that exists is false, which means that the file does not exist on our Ubuntu system.
4. Type "sudo nano /etc/pip.conf" & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard (This Command Will Create & Open pip.conf File)
5. Enter Your Ubuntu Password & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard
6. Now Paste or Type This Code in The pip.conf File
7. Now Press CTRL + X Your Keyboard To Save & Exit The File
8. Now Press Y on Your Keyboard
9. Now Hit Enter on Your Keyboard
10. Now Close Your Terminal
11. Open New Terminal
12. Now Type "pip install YourPackageName" & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard
13. Wait For Installation To Finish
14. Done!
