If you have purchased an in-app purchase, but it doesn't show up, try this quick fix.
Go into the App
Then Settings
Choose the Upgrade Option (even though it says it will charge you)
Then you should see Restore Purchase.
I created this video because I was missing an in-app purchase in the app iConv, which is used to convert movie formats. After much searching, I found this method to restore the purchase. It looks like you didn't purchase it, but you did, and need to restore it (by going to the place to buy it again.)
