🧵 When we say “use 2 strands only” - what does that even mean?!

All @dmc_embroidery cotton comes with 6 thin strands but you only need 2 of these to stitch with (or your stitches will be super chunky!)

✨ The easiest way to separate them is to hold the thread bunch in one hand and with the other, slowly pull out 1 strand at a time = no floss knots or fraying. You can get cross stitching straight away!
