I’m cross stitching wrong? 😅
When I first met other stitchers, I paused and thought… am I doing it incorrectly?
For me, the way I begin a project has always felt completely natural. I didn’t think twice about it - it flows smoothly, it’s fast and it’s secure.
That’s when I realised that ‘normal’ in cross stitch isn’t as straightforward as I thought. 🤔
The tiny habits we never think twice about can seem totally bizarre to others, but it’s these little quirks that make stitching so special 🩷
One person’s ‘weird method’, is another’s secret hack!
There isn’t just one right way to stitch. We all have tricks, habits, and shortcuts that work for us, and sharing them can spark curiosity, creativity and inspiration. 💫
