Description: How to Remove Fix Stuck 7.3L Ford/International HIPOP Lines on 99-03 E & F-Series Trucks & Vans. This is just part of a Riff Raff HIPOP Aftermarket Line installation video that I may post.
- If you’re reading this part in the Description I haven’t completed the RiffRaff video. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do the RiffRaff video do to my father passing away and I had to get my truck ready to go deal with my fathers estate, so I wasn't able to video the process due to time constraints. I so plan to start videos again in the next month or so, and some of them will be videos I had in work. Ie. What's in a GT38 Turbo etc.
Tools I used:
- 7.3L HIPOP Line Release tool. $8.00-35.00 eBay or Amazon. Search on eBay or Amazon.
- 1/4” Flat head Screwdriver.
- 9” Wobble Extension 3/8” Drive.
- 19mm or 3/4” 3/8” Drive Crowfoot.
- 3/8” Drive Ratchet.
- 19mm or 3/4” Deep socket 3/8” Drive.
- Shop Rag.
- Step Stool.

- 99.5-03 Stock Quick Disconnect Line. PN: YC3Z9J323F $97.91
- Early 99 Drivers Stock Quick Disconnect Line. PN: F81Z9J323E $98.33
- Rear Stainless Steel Cross Over Line; PN: RDPHHPX $59.88
- Stock HIPOP Fittings for Stock Lines PN: F81Z9C402AA $32.09 ea. Need one per hose on HIPOP
- Fuel Bowl Outlet Line Top Drivers Side PN: Parker 60VLV-5 Viton Sleeve 5/16 inch RiffRaff PN: GZ-7-005 $2.54
- Fuel Bowl Inlet line Bottom Drivers Side PN: Parker 60VLV-6 Viton Sleeve 3/8 inch RiffRaff PN: GZ-7-006 $2.54
