How to Disconnect AirPods from Apple ID.
1. On your iPhone, open Find My app
2. Tap on Devices. Then, tap the AirPods you want to remove from your Apple ID.
3. Swipe up to reveal more details.
4. Tap Remove This Device.
5. In the pop-up window, tap Remove.
once AirPods have been removed, they will need to be set up for use again.
