I didn’t want to buy a special puller to remove a leaking rear outer axle shaft seal and worn bearing from my 2000 Ford F150. So I searched the garage and workshop for some large washers, nuts, a threaded rod, a sturdy piece of steel and some wood blocks and set out to pull the stubborn parts. The installation of new bearing and seal is also shown.
