How to remove a hyperlink in InDesign: This video shows you how to remove a hyperlink from an Adobe InDesign file, with these steps:

1) Select the hyperlink text or image.
2) Right-click the mouse and select “Edit Hyperlink”
3) Set the “Character Style” to NONE.
4) The hyperlink and blue, underlined text are removed!

You would think you could go up to the InDesign menu item, "Window", and under "Interactive", open the Hyperlinks control panel, and, then, remove the hyperlink, there. You basically can, but it does not remove the “style” that was then set for the blue, underlined text and what have you. That is why I use the Right-Click, Edit Hyperlink method!
