Here’s how to reboot your oculus Quest 2, also called soft reset because it won't delete anything that is on the device it will just turn it off and on again so if you have some small problems this reset might fix them.

Keep the volume down button (the one with the – minus sign) and the power button at the same time until you see the color green through the lense. If you see blue, that is the Meta logo and the headset will just boot normally. So keep the power button and the volume down button pressed until you see something green. That is the menu we are looking after. Now with the volume buttons you can scroll through the options and with the power button you can select. Go to boot and select it. I hope this video helped.
