To connect to the mobile hotspot your phone is making on your Samsung Smart TV, press the home button, press left on the circular area, go to Settings, All Settings, Connections, Network, Network Settings, Wireless, Add Network, Add Network, Now, you get to choose here the security type, simply press the Back Button on the remote, and you will get to the menu that shows you the Routers it sees, select your mobile hotspot, enter your password and voila. You are connected.
When you get your internet back, through your router, you will need to repeat the steps again, but select your home router instead of the mobile hotspot. As the TV (or at least this one) doesn’t switch automatically to a previously saved connection. It can only connect to a single one at a time, the one you set up. I hope this video helped.
