To change your language on iphone if you can’t even read the settings, Go to the general settings menu, Press on this settings icon, then scroll to this globe icon. From here you can change the language. Just drag this icon with the three bars next to your language. Drag it on top and then press press red.
I hope this video helped you in case you changed your language by accident and now you don't know how to change it back.
