Hello Polyphonic Overtone Singers! Today I am sharing the second lesson in the beginners series on overtones and vowel sounds. I cover 3 different vowel sounds that you can start practicing to create the overtones.

What is Polyphonic singing?
Polyphonic singing is a type of overtone singing, whereby you produce two or multiple notes at the same time. I was inspired by Mongolian throat singing, then soon after came across Polyphonic singing (a western form of overtone singing) and it is a form of meditation for me to connect to my own voice, animals and nature.
