Hello Polyphonic Overtone Singers! Today I am sharing 8 Simple Overtone Singing Warm-up Exercises to do before doing your Polyphonic Practice. These will help your chest & throat to be warm, while releasing tension in your body and mind.

What is Polyphonic singing?
Polyphonic singing is a type of overtone singing, whereby you produce two or multiple notes at the same time. I was inspired by Mongolian throat singing, then soon after came across Polyphonic singing (a western form of overtone singing) and it is a form of meditation for me to connect to my own voice, animals and nature.
