Michael Myers Top 5 of his favorite horror themes for piano. This is an easy piano Top 5 so that everyone can learn this. The Saw theme is a bit trickier but the others should be quite easy to learn for a beginner.
This time it was very easy to come up with a top 5 as Michael Myers was making his own selection while playing this. There are so many great horror themes and also iconic horror villians, but these are the favorites of Michael Myers himself. I totally understand that a lot of people are not with him on this top 5 but that is just the way it is. For instance, I am very happy with the number 1 and I agree with the shape on that! The Freddy Krueger theme is one of my favorites as well. Without Freddy Krueger a Tier List cannot be taken serious in my opinion.
And of course his own theme is in the list as well and it's been made very easy so everyone can play the Michael Myers Theme Song without a lot of effort.

Going Home from the Masters of the Air soundtrack. Composed by Blake Neely. Who did a splendid job with this beautiful World War 2 score! Some cues are really impressive. Including this piece and the Main Title Theme.
I havent seen the Masters of the Air series yet as its on appletv+ which I dont have. The HBO series Band of Brothers still remains my all time favorite series.

I wanted to make a very special video of a piece that belongs to my heart. That Next Place is one of the best themes in film music history that I am know. Such great melodies and this is one of the longest Thomas Newman piece I know from the great Thomas Newman. Actually I believe this is his longest cue he composed! If not then please let me know :-)
More than 12 years ago I uploaded a cover of this theme and it was fun to play. But I was never happy with the accuracy of it so I didnt enjoy it as much as it should be. But after more than a decade I am super happy with the accuracy and the outcome of it. So here is my new recorded and arranged piano arrangement.
The Meet Joe Black soundtrack works extremely well for piano solo and Thomas Newman composed one of his golden gems. I hope this Meet Joe Black piano tutorial will help you to motivate to start playing this yourself. Also here you can get the That Next Place sheet music pdf:
