Actually this is a medley of several cues from the Halloween 2018 movie. Which is one of the best soundstracks of Halloween in my opinion. This Michael Myers theme sums it all up from that movie and these cues are repeated in the Halloween Kills Soundtrack and the Halloween Ends Soundtrack. Both composed by the great John Carpenter.

Going Home from the Masters of the Air soundtrack. Composed by Blake Neely. Who did a splendid job with this beautiful World War 2 score! Some cues are really impressive. Including this piece and the Main Title Theme.
I havent seen the Masters of the Air series yet as its on appletv+ which I dont have. The HBO series Band of Brothers still remains my all time favorite series.

I wanted to make a very special video of a piece that belongs to my heart. That Next Place is one of the best themes in film music history that I am know. Such great melodies and this is one of the longest Thomas Newman piece I know from the great Thomas Newman. Actually I believe this is his longest cue he composed! If not then please let me know :-)
More than 12 years ago I uploaded a cover of this theme and it was fun to play. But I was never happy with the accuracy of it so I didnt enjoy it as much as it should be. But after more than a decade I am super happy with the accuracy and the outcome of it. So here is my new recorded and arranged piano arrangement.
The Meet Joe Black soundtrack works extremely well for piano solo and Thomas Newman composed one of his golden gems. I hope this Meet Joe Black piano tutorial will help you to motivate to start playing this yourself. Also here you can get the That Next Place sheet music pdf:
