RULES:
The rules are the same as regular Flip 7, except for these changes. For a refresher of those rules, check out this video. 13s have been added, one of which is a “lucky 13” allowing you to have another 13 in front of you. One of the 7s is an “unluck seven”. discard all number and modifier cards in front of you, only keep the 7. If received during a flip 4, discard all previous cards first, then complete the remaining cards. You cannot bust with an unlucky 7. The zero now makes your total score equal to zero unless you can flip 7.
When you go out for a round, it is called a “stay”. When you stay, turn your leftmost card sideways. Points are not safe until the end of the round. When you bust, turn your cards over.
All action and modifier cards and action cards have been replaced. All the new cards say what they do, but some clarification is:
• Action and modifiers cards can play on any player who hasn’t busted, meaning you can target player’s who have already stayed.
• If you have already stayed and received an action card, you must compete it but you do not reenter the round.
• Discard action cards after used.
• For the discard action: the player playing the card picks which card is discarded
• If action or modifier cards are revealed during a flip 4, they are resolved in order after all 4 cards are flipped so long as the player they are revealed for hasn’t busted.
• If a swap, steal, or discard card is flipped at the start of a round but there are no other cards to target, discard it without effect.
• If you draw a modifier and are the only player remaining who hasn’t busted, you must play the card on yourself.
• Modifiers do not count as number cards towards a flip 7.
• You may not have a negative score.
When scoring at the end of the round, the order of cards goes: first, add up all number cards, then the divide modifier is applied, rounding down, followed by any subtraction cards, ending with adding the flip 7 bonus.
