In this video I'm going to show you how to play a major 251 chord progression using some seriously dirty voicings.

These disgusting chords are what you might expect to find in neo-soul and gospel - players such as Robert Glasper or Cory Henry.

They really take the sound of a 251 up a level!

We're using chord extensions, altered harmony, Kenny Barron voicings and all sorts of other techniques to create this sound.

Spend time with each chord and transpose it into other keys to help internalize it and incorporate it into your playing.
