As a mother to a disabled young person, bike mechanic Vicky Balfour is constantly coming across barriers to everyday activities through the eyes of her daughter. So when we released the Rebellion Way cycle route in Norfolk, which is designed to be a good introduction to bikepacking, Vicky and two other adventure mums decided to test it out - with their children in tow. In this video, we share the five golden rules for planning an accessible bikepacking trip.
