You can pay the fee for the old analog meter if you contact your power company and request it be switched out. Or you can mitigate the frequencies by adding a faraday cage on the outside and/or using EMF blocking paint on the inside wall. The best way to know if your solution works is to purchase an EMF/RF reader and measure before and after near the meter.
Keep in mind this is mainly for people who own their home. If you are renting, your only hope is speaking with the owner and maybe they will get on board with one of these options above. Hopefully they are already aware or at least open to hearing about the harmful effects of wireless radiation.
