Learn how to operate the Rest Easy Bi-fold Sofa and quickly convert it from an RV couch into a flat sleeping platform. This video demonstrates how to safely unfold the sofa, position the backrest, and retract the bed when you're ready to return it to seating.
Before operating the sofa, remove loose pillows and any other unsecured items. To unfold the bed, stand in front of the sofa and firmly grasp the seat and kickboard assembly. Pull it upward and toward you until it fully unfolds into a flat sleeping platform. Fold the upper backrest down to create a headboard.
To retract the bed, first fold the back top upward and clear the sleeping surface of blankets, pillows, and other loose items. Lift the foot of the bed and push it toward the headboard until the unit is fully retracted. Once the bed is closed, return the pillows to their original positions to restore the RV couch seating area.
