How to set up and operate the Simpson Strong-Tie® Quik Drive® PROHSD Wood-to-Steel fastening solution for truck and trailer beds.

Our Quik Drive® PROHSD Wood-to-Steel fastening solution is easy to use. This step-by-step video demonstrates how to attach it to the Quik Drive PROHSD or Quik Drive PROHSDM extension, then attach the Quik Drive Footstep for stand-up operation. With the tool fully assembled, simply insert a collated strip of Strong-Drive® TB Wood-to-Steel screws for steel up to ¼" thick, or Strong-Drive TF Wood-to-Steel screws for thicker steel up to 15/32". After driving a screw, you can adjust the countersink setting as needed to ensure a flush finish, every time. Then, you’re ready to continue installing more screws.
