To begin, remove the back cushions from the couch. Then, lift up on the kickboard to allow the bed portion of the sofa to fold out. Once the bed is fully deployed, push the cushions flat for a comfortable sleeping surface. The sofa back can also be used as an optional headboard when needed.
When it is time to convert the bed back into a sofa, first move the headboard back into position. Then, gently lift the kickboard to collapse the bed into the sofa frame. Finish by replacing the cushions to restore the sofa seating area.
