How to open a glass ampoule easily and safely and without getting shards of glass in your fingers. This technique can be used by anyone, including Testosterone Replacement Therapy patients.

In this demonstration video, I open a glass ampoule of Sustanon 250, which is one of the most common testosterones used in Testosterone Replacement Therapy in the UK.
* For those asking, if you want to be extra safe, you can also break the ampoule AWAY from your body. Just make sure your fingers are not in the way, so they don't get glass in them! *
