My favorite one probably. Not too challenging but definitely more interesting than other prenatal flows. My only complaint is that the teacher misses a few things, like forgetting to do a side or something so you have to pause to do what she missed and balance out.

Whew! A tough one. I only do this on my more energized days. It’s also not my favorite style of yoga. Not very yoga-y in my opinion. More like a workout. But I feel great after! (Also the music is not my thing, but what are you gonna do?)

This was very challenging for me because my arms are so out of shape. I only did this one when I didn’t have much of a belly.

I love this one. It does sort of jump right in with no warm up and is for intermediate yogis. So you may want to take 5 minutes to do a seated warm up before starting the video
