Ingredients Needed -

- 1 16oz block of firm tofu (pressed/drained)
- ½ cup (vegan) mayonnaise
- 2 tbs nutritional yeast
- 2 tbs green onions
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 tbs diced red onion
- ½ tsp Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Kosher salt, dill weed
- ¼ tsp turmeric, (black salt optional)
