Ingredients Needed -

Single batch yields about 3 dozen

- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tbs softened butter
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbs chai spice

(Chai Spice Blend:
- 3 tbs cinnamon
- 2 tbs ginger
- 1 tbs cardamom
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- ½ tsp black pepper)

Icing (optional)
Mix powdered sugar with milk or half & half until you get the desired consistency

Bake at 375° for 15 minutes
