This Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce is quick and easy. Nothing better on a sundae then some homemade hot fudge sauce. Homemade even makes the sundae better!

Easy Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe
3/4 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa
1/4 cup Water
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Make a paste by combining the sugar, cocoa and water. When paste is smooth add evaporated milk. Cook in double boiler or heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil. Be careful to not let the chocolate mixture stick and burn. Once the mixture boils, set time for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in butter. After chocolate mixture cools slightly, add vanilla. Best served ladled over ice cream or pound cake.
