Open Me~


This pie is inspired by the sweet potato casserole that I see a lot of families eat during Thanksgiving. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients for Pie Filling:
-2 medium sizes sweet potatoes (should yield 2 cups after boiled and mashed)
-2/3 cup brown sugar
-1/2 tsp nutmeg
-3/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp salt
-4 tbsp. softened unsalted butter
-1 1/4 cups (10 oz) evaporated milk
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Feel free to use pie crust from the store as well.
