I thought it would be plain to call them just "Mint Bark" so I guess "Leprechaun Mint Bark" would work better? Anyways...
These are super simple and easy to make and taste delicious as well! Here is what you need:
- 11 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 11 oz. White chocolate chips
(The amount of chocolate can be changed, as long as it is 1 part chocolate to 1 part white chocolate)
- Ande's Creme De Menthe Baking Chips
- Mint M&M's
- green food coloring
*You can use any minty candies/treats/sprinkles to put as the toppings! (such as mint oreos, etc.)*
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler, or in the microwave if preferred. Spread the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Place the baking tray in the fridge to let it harden.
2. Melt the white chocolate over the double boiler, or in the microwave if preferred. Add some green food coloring if desired. Spread the chocolate over the cooled chocolate layer and spread it evenly as possible.
3. Sprinkle on the mint baking chips, M&M's, and other topping.
4. Place it in the fridge to let it cool down and harden completely.
5. Chop the bark into pieces and serve on a plate, or even place them into treat bags to give as gifts! Enjoy ^_^
