Here's a quick video about two tips on how to make roni cups when baking pizza. Why do you want your pepperoni to form a cup? Two reasons, it holds the flavorful fat that renders from the pepperoni when cooked, and the crispy edges provide wonderful texture when paired with the soft dough and melty cheese.
