We used to beg our Moms to make pie, just so we could have pastry cookies made from the left over dough. They smell heavenly, and who doesn't like the crust the best anyway?!
Here's our take on an old-fashioned treat just in time for Halloween. Feel free to use store bought dough. Don't worry about rolling out your dough perfectly -- they are mean't to be silly and creepy. Get creative with making the faces... you don't need fancy tools or cookie cutters, use what you've got.
