Vanilla Cupcake Recipe (bit.ly/13hTH1b)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (or 1 stick) butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
Buttercream Recipe
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 T milk
Pink gel food coloring
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract, and add enough milk to reach desired consistency. Mix in food coloring until pink.
