Ingredients:
4 large mushrooms
1 tsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
8 oz wide egg noodles, or mafalda pasta
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups beef stock
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
⅔ cup sour cream
