RECIPE, for those of you who didn’t take notes during this video. LAME.

Pour Olive Oil on counter and spread it out

Get some dough from your favorite pizza place (or a store)

Let pizza dough sit out for 30-45 minutes

Gently press dough into the shape of the pan (just use a Sheet Pan)

Spread dough in pan, wrap in plastic, and allow 45-60 minutes to rise

CHEESE PIZZA:
Cover dough in 3 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Dollop on Tomato Sauce (canned tomatoes, garlic, dried oregano, & salt)

PESTO PIZZA:
Cover dough in 3 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Dollop on Tomato Sauce
Lightly dollop on Ricotta Cheese
Lightly dollop on Pesto Sauce (Recipe here: youtube.com/watch?v=ur_2p-v_7Ik)

Preheat oven to 500

Cook for 7 minutes
Rotate and cook for 6 minutes
Check Crust (if crust looks good skip the next step)
Put pan on bottom of oven for 2 minutes

Remove pizza from oven

FOR CHEESE PIZZA:
Drizzle Olive Oil on top
Grate on Parmigiano-Reggiano
Throw on some fresh Basil Leaves

Let pizza rest for 2-3 minutes

Slice and enjoy with friends or eat it alone so you don’t have to share.
