How to Make Galaxy Cupcakes
Ingredients:
• Cake batter coloured pink, blue, black, purple, white(youtu.be/XaNELscDtms)
• Vanilla buttercream (youtu.be/rjqOTM5icOE)
• Silver Cola balls
• Silver dragees
• Edible gelatin glitter (youtu.be/-x7bfKyYzzg)
• Edible star glitter
• Pink, blue, purple, black, white gel paste
• Rock candy chunks (youtu.be/HvKJz4M585c)
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
2. Cover bottom of each cupcake with about a tablespoon of black cake batter. Repeat addition of cake batter colours until the well is 2/3 full. Place cupcakes into the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes.
3. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
4. Stripe the inside of a piping bag fitted with a 1M tip with the various colors of gel paste. Add the buttercream and pipe a classic swirl on top of the cupcake.
5. Using white colouring and a paint brush, splatter paint the top of the cupcake with white coloring.
6. Decorate with rock candy, cola balls, dragees, and edible glitters as desired,
7. Store in a sealed container for 2-3 days.
