Create a handkerchief doll for Valentine's Day or ANY occasion.
You Can Make This!
Supply List:
One vintage handkerchief,
Round wooden head bead, 20mm for 11-inch-square or less handkerchief,
25mm for 12-inch-square or more handkerchief,
For face: Woodburning tool, Red acrylic paint, Bamboo skewer, Brown fine-tip permanent marker, cosmetic blush, cotton swab, paper plate;
One craft stick (popsicle stick)
Wire cutters or something else to cut the stick,
Six-inch wide tulle in your choice of color,
Hot Glue Gun and Glue sticks,
Red/white Baker's Twine, Large needle,
Small amount of fiberfill stuffing,
Eighteen inches of 4/8-inch wide flat lace for collar,
Hand-sewing needle and thread to match handkerchief,
Half a yard of 1/16-inch natural satin ribbon,
Hair yarn of choice,
Two 4x6-inch index cards,
Quilting thread or another study thread to match hair,
Small embellishments such as red ribbon bow, flower, rose, etc.
