This video will show you how to take a video of your screen on your desktop or laptop, using a free program called camstudio. The program is very small and easy to download.

When you install you can simply just hit next on all of the prompts that pop up, and then hit install when it asks you. After it's installed, and you run it, it will be running in your taskbar at the bottom right, and should pop up with a window.
Cam Studio offers a lot of different options for your videos, like what format to save it in, making a video of the whole screen, an active window, or a fixed box, having the screen follow your mouse, making the mouse more visible, adding annotations, and more.
Camtasia Studio is the other option to use, which has a lot more options and is easiar to use, but it costs round $300 so it is a big decision to make.
