This video will show you how to install the Virtual Box Guest Additions. It shows two methods, the first being how to install the Virtual Box Guest Additions as a autorun option. THe second option is to install them with the terminal (known as command prompt on Windows). The first option will only work in newer versions of Ubuntu, while the second option will work in all versions of Ubuntu (and really any Linux Distro).
