Hey guys! Welcome back to that baking unicorn! Today i showed you how to make a strawberry cheesecake milkshake! This is one of my most favourite drinks in the whole wide world now! And it totally tastes like strawberry cheesecake! Perfect for summer or any hot days! I layered it to make it looking like a cheesecake! Don't you find that it looks so tumblr-ish! I do! Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2-3 cups frozen strawberries. You can use fresh too, but the consistency won’t be as thick.
- ¼ cup of ground graham crackers

Preparation:
First, I’m taking a few graham crackers and putting it in a blender. I’ll grind it for a few seconds until it’s crumbly. Now I’ll pour it out and just set it aside. Don’t worry if there is some residual left in the blender. It’ll blend nicely with the other ingredients.
Finally, I’m adding in the ice cream, cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and strawberries and then I’m just blending it up for about two minutes until it’s smooth.
Now I’m taking my milkshake glass and then I’m dipping the rim into a little bit of water and then the graham crackers to make it stick to the sides. Then I’ll pour my strawberry cheesecake shake into the glass and it’s ready enjoy! MMmmmm! This would pair perfectly with a cheeseburger. Such a treat!
