In this video our expert Andrea Buckett teaches us how to make a simple vinaigrette.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. dijon
1 Tbsp. finely chopped shallot
salt and pepper to taste

Method
To a mason jar add dijon mustard and lemon juice, put lid on and shake well.
Add olive oil, shallots salt and pepper and shake until well combined.
