Gin not your thing? No problem? Try this twist on the Negroni using tequila instead!
Rosita:
45ml (1 ½ oz) reposado tequila (tipxy.com/products/tequila-tromba-reposado)
15ml (½ oz) sweet vermouth (tipxy.com/products/hotel-starlino-vermouth?variant=42935277781231)
15ml (½ oz) dry vermouth (tipxy.com/products/dolin-vermouth-de-chambery-dry-france)
15ml (½ oz) Campari (tipxy.com/products/campari-aperitivo)
1 dash Angostura bitters
Glass: rocks
Garnish: lemon twist
Add all of your ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain over block ice into your rocks glass. Fold your twist over the top to expel the oils and garnish.
