I have now made nearly 50 granny square wall hangings featuring a classic granny square, some in a variety of colors and some in solid colors, like these white squares.

When I thought of how I wanted to make the sign on the wall at our yarn shop, I couldn't imagine it any other way than the a granny square shadow box and added letters I cut and stitched in plastic canvas needlepoint, my first love 🥰
