Scissors, Measuring tape, Sewing Machine, Thread to match tulle,
One yard of 6-inch wide cream color nylon tulle,
One six-inch length of 22 or 26-gauge white wire (Wilton floral wire set,)
Small piece of white floral tape,
Fine mohair yarn in natural color,
One wooden toothpick or party pick,
Two 3/4-inch gold glitter stars (Creatology Foam Glitter Stickers,)
White and gold baker's twine,
