I used medium-weight tearaway stabilizer and my hoop is about 6 x 9 inches.
Two 5-inch squares of cork fabric,
Red and White machine embroidery thread, mine is Floriani,
2 x 3.5-inch rectangle of red glitter vinyl (Mine is from Glitterbugfairy.com)
Jumbo Glitter,
One 3-inch circle of 8-gauge clear vinyl,
One 2.75-inch circle cut from the "van" fabric in the Christmas Adventure Fabric Collection,
Duckbill applique scissors (recommended)
Glue stick,
Red/White Baker's twine,
Scissors,
One Eyelet and tool for setting,
