The Pina Verde. The Green Colada. The CHARTREUSE Colada.This is an excellent example how switching out 1 ingredient for another gives you a really fun and new cocktail. I really enjoyed this cocktail, like A LOT :) Never made it before actually!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Coconut cream*
1/2 oz (15ml) Lime juice
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Green Chartreuse
Blend with ice (in a blender...), garnish with mint or like I did with pineapple fronds and a cherry!
*Coconut Cream Recipe:
I did equal parts unsweetened coconut milk and sugar, a pinch of salt, and heated this up in a pan until dissolved (don't boil it!). Like I said- super easy! I literally just used a can of the coconut milk and then filled it up with sugar again.
