Turmeric/Black Pepper: Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory spice. Adding black pepper enhances its absorption.
Ginger: Known for its digestive benefits and anti-inflammatory properties.

Lemon: Rich in vitamin C, aids in digestion, and detoxifies the body.

Recipe Ingredients:
1 medium beet
1 inch of ginger
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of cayenne pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Wash and peel the beet and ginger.
Juice the beet and ginger using a juicer.
Add turmeric powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice to the beet and ginger juice.
Mix well and enjoy!
