Mother's Mag and Aluminium Polish is one of the best ways to remove logos on the Gans, QiYi, and Z-man puzzles. This is how the logo was removed on the old Angstrom Sq-1s when I used to make them.
It leaves the parts wonderfully shiny and identical to the other caps.
Typical solvents would dull the plastic or mar the surface finish, but the polish has a suuuuper fine abrasive that rubs off the logo perfectly.
