Does learning a foreign language have anything in common with directing films? Surprisingly, yes.

Using any of these links for the services described really helps me out by making me feel like people care... and sometimes literally paying me money.

Drops is a great way to familiarise yourself with a language when you're a complete beginner. It's great fun, and this link gives you 50% off:languagedrops.com/affiliates/days-of-language

LingQ is a great way to ease into reading in a foreign language:

The native speaker tutoring shown in my videos is through iTalki. You can get $10 credit applied to your account when you make your first purchase, or you can just check it out for free using this link, which also helps me out by allowing me to take more language lessons:

Wow, you actually made it to the end of the description. My guess is you should be studying. But since you're here...Jack Howard became one of my favourite people to watch online. He's part of the comedy duo Jack and Dean, who have made lots of sketches in series like Jack and Dean of All Trades. Jack Howard is also obsessed with Tenet which has been entertaining.
Captain Sinbad (Nikhil Pandey) is one of the favorite YouTube channels. His self-help advice combined with increasingly high quality productions show that he is actually taking his own advice. He is genuinely bettering himself and not just giving that appearance.
Matt vs. Japan is known as reaching some of the highest levels of Japanese or any language as a native English speaker. He was also part of the inspiration behind the IMMERSION film because he is one of the biggest advocates of learning a language by immersion.
Joakim from Say it in Swedish has always been happy to help me with projects and my Swedish learning.

Go and do whatever it is you're supposed to be doing (or watch my short film again).
