By the way - one thing I forgot to mention is that I typically don't leave a job unless I already have something lined up, or at least a plan for what to do next. That's a personal decision (aka I'm pretty risk averse so I won't jump unless I have somewhere to land), and everyone will decide on what to do afterwards differently - there's no right or wrong way to do this. It's a reminder that everyone's journeys are unique to every individual, so make sure you do what feels right to you and your situation πŸ’–
