In this #dropsvideo we show you how to join 2 pieces together (A and B), then cast off with an I-cord. Place all the stitches from A and B on the same needle, so that every second stitch on the needle belongs to A and B.
We cast off with I-cord as follows:
Cast on 3 stitches onto the right needle. Slip the 3 stitches from the right needle onto the left needle with the working strand now situated 3 stitches in on the left needle.
ROW 1 (= right side): Knit 2, knit 3 twisted together (i.e., 1 stitch from the front piece and 1 stitch from the back piece is decreased). Slip 3 stitches from the right needle back onto the left needle. Do not turn (working like this tightens the working strand so the piece forms a small tube).
Repeat ROW 1 until there are 3 stitches left. Cast off and fasten all strands.
